XPlayer provides a platform for sports enthusiasts to organize matches, find players, and connect with others. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, or have parental consent if you are between 13 and 17 years of age.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

The XPlayer name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of XPlayer or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XPlayer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

XPlayer does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of matches, venues, or users found through the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
